A branding session that translates who you are into a consistent set of images for your business and social media. We plan looks and scenes around your brand so everything feels cohesive and on-message. Great for entrepreneurs, creatives and teams that need a polished, recognisable presence.

How the session works

  1. Call. We agree on what the photos are for, where they will appear and what style suits you.
  2. Plan. We choose 2–3 looks, a location (studio, office, outdoors) and the frames: portrait, at work, detail.
  3. Session. Up to 3 hours at a calm pace. I guide you through every shot — no posing skills needed.
  4. Selection. You get an online gallery and choose 8 photos for full retouching.
  5. Final photos. 8 fully retouched photos and 20 more colour-graded ones, ready for print and web.

How to prepare

  • 2–3 outfits in solid colours, without big logos or fine patterns (stripes and checks shimmer on camera).
  • Things that speak about your work — tools, a book, a product — if they should be in the frame.
  • A few photos you like and where the photos will be used — I'll match the light and framing.
  • A rested face, no new cosmetic treatments right before the session; glasses if you wear them every day.

Questions

How is personal branding different from a business headshot?

A business headshot is usually one profile portrait. A personal branding session gives you a full set: portraits, frames at work, details and several looks — enough for your website, LinkedIn and media for a long time.

I can't pose. Is that a problem?

No. Most people come with that worry. We work at a calm pace, I tell you what to do with your hands and posture, and the best frames often happen between the shots.

How much does it cost?

2500 PLN gross: up to 3 hours, 2–3 looks, 8 fully retouched photos, 20 more colour-graded ones and an online gallery. Travel within Warsaw included.

Will the retouching look natural?

Yes. Retouching tidies up light, skin and details but keeps your face yours. If you prefer a stronger edit or a dark background, tell me before the session.

Can you photograph a whole team?

Yes. Teams have separate pricing: team headshots in your office from 200 PLN net per person, the whole team in one day.

Are makeup and styling included?

No — the package covers the photographs. Makeup is 500 PLN per look (with a basic hair touch-up) and you add it to the cart together with the session. Hair, styling and studio are quoted after we talk, before you pay anything.

Studio or on location?

Both, or at your place. I choose the location for the light and for you. If a park or garden requires a permit or a fee, I check it before the session. An outdoor session can be moved free of charge because of the weather (rules in the terms).

How do I book a date?

You can buy the package straight away with “Buy now” — after the purchase I get in touch within 2 business days to set the date. Prefer to talk first? Book a 30-minute call in the calendar.

How can I use the photos?

For personal use and to promote yourself or your brand: profiles, website, social media, press materials. Details are in the terms.
