Terms of sale
1. Seller
The online shop at adamslominski.com is run by Adam Słomiński, trading as Studio Majaki Adam Słomiński, ul. Nowy Świat 33 lok. 13, 00-029 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID PL5532425984 (the Seller). Contact: slominski.adam@gmail.com, phone +48 791 882 005.
2. Offer
- The shop offers: (a) original artworks — paintings and objects, one of a kind; (b) photography services (session packages) and add-ons such as makeup; (c) workshops, lessons and consultations — in person and online.
- Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. Artwork prices exclude shipping, which is arranged individually (section 4).
- Photos of artworks are for illustration; colours may vary slightly between screens.
3. Ordering and payment
- You order by choosing “Buy now” or adding items to the cart and paying through Stripe (card, BLIK and other methods available in Stripe).
- The contract is concluded when you receive the payment confirmation.
- The sales document (invoice or receipt) is sent electronically to the e-mail address given at payment.
4. Delivery of artworks
The Seller agrees the shipping method and cost with you after purchase — within 2 business days. Shipments are insured. Free personal pickup in Warsaw is possible.
5. Services (sessions, workshops, consultations)
- After purchase the Seller contacts you within 2 business days to set a date. Group workshops take place on the date given in the announcement.
- You can reschedule free of charge up to 72 hours before the agreed date. For later changes or no-shows the Seller may retain 30% of the price to cover costs incurred (studio, crew).
- Session packages include the number of edited images stated in the description. Studio, makeup and styling are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
- You may use session photos for personal purposes and to promote yourself or your brand. Copyright remains with the Seller unless agreed otherwise. The Seller may show selected images in his portfolio unless you object.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
- A consumer may withdraw from the purchase of an artwork within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by sending a statement to the Seller's e-mail (the form below may be used). The direct cost of returning the artwork is borne by the consumer.
- A consumer may withdraw from a service contract (session, workshop, lesson, consultation) within 14 days of concluding it. If, at the consumer's express request, the service starts before that period ends, the consumer pays for the part performed until withdrawal. Once the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires — the consumer acknowledges this at purchase.
- The Seller refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method. For artworks, the refund may be withheld until the artwork is received back.
7. Complaints
The Seller is liable for conformity of goods and services with the contract under Polish consumer law. Please send complaints by e-mail; the Seller replies within 14 days.
8. Personal data
See the Privacy policy.
9. Final provisions
Polish law applies. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. consumer ombudsmen or the Trade Inspection in Poland; consumers from other EU countries can also contact their national European Consumer Centre.
