Backdrop plus a frame in the office, about 15 minutes per person, up to 25 people a day. Two fully retouched photos.
- Makeup on site: quoted depending on the number of people.
- Group photo of the whole team: +400 PLN net.
- Another photo of the same person: 150 PLN net.
- Minimum per job: 800 PLN net. Travel with equipment within Warsaw from 200 PLN net. Studio quoted separately.
- Price negotiable for larger teams.
Example: 2 people with 2 photos each is 800 PLN net, and 10 people with 1 photo each is 2500 PLN net, plus travel in both cases. Net prices, 23% VAT added. VAT invoice after delivery — no card payment on the website.

For years I have photographed teams and management in the offices of Polish and international companies — also as a photographer for advertising and PR agencies.
How the session works
- Call and site visit. We choose the spot in the office, the backdrop colour and a 10–15 minute schedule so nobody waits.
- Shoot day. Everyone comes at their own time. I guide posture and hands — no posing skills needed.
- Selection. An online gallery within 3 business days. Each person, or one person from HR, chooses the frames.
- Final photos. Fully retouched, in one colour for the whole team, named with first and last name — 5 business days after selection.
How to prepare
- Plain clothes without big logos; fine stripes and checks shimmer on camera.
- A meeting room or a quiet corner of about 3 × 4 m with a socket — I bring the rest.
- A list of people with times and someone from the team who keeps the queue moving.
Questions
How many people can we photograph in one day?
Without makeup up to 40 people (about 10 minutes each), with makeup up to 25 (about 15 minutes). Larger teams are split across several days or offices.
Do we need a free room?
A meeting room or a quiet corner of about 3 × 4 m with a socket is enough. I bring the lights, backdrop and stand.
What if someone is ill or joins later?
I photograph them on the same backdrop and in the same light — at the next visit or in the studio — so the photos still match.
Is makeup available?
Yes, on request. Makeup is quoted depending on the number of people.
How can we use the photos?
On your website, LinkedIn, in the press, in company and recruitment materials — included. Paid advertising (billboards, campaigns) is a 25% surcharge.
How does payment work?
VAT invoice after delivery, bank transfer within 14 days. For large teams, a deposit when booking the date.
