Privacy policy
1. Controller
The controller of personal data is Adam Słomiński, trading as Studio Majaki Adam Słomiński, ul. Nowy Świat 33 lok. 13, 00-029 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID PL5532425984. Contact: slominski.adam@gmail.com.
2. What data I process and why
- Orders and payments — name, e-mail, address, invoice details; card data is processed only by Stripe. Purpose: performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Contact and booking calls — name, e-mail, phone, your message, data entered in the Cal.com calendar. Purpose: answering your enquiry and preparing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Visiting the site — IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page and browser type are logged automatically by Netlify. Purpose: security and operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — my legitimate interest). I do not combine this data with other data or build profiles from it.
- Videos — videos on this site are hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.). Until you press play, the site does not connect to YouTube — thumbnails are served from my server. After you press play, the video loads in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and Google receives, among other things, your IP address and browser information. Purpose: showing the video you asked for (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Call booking — the Cal.com script loads only when you hover over or click “Book a call”; Cal.com then receives your IP address and browser information.
3. Recipients
Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and server logs), Cal.com (call booking), Google (YouTube video playback), my accounting office and courier companies — only as far as needed for the given purpose.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Stripe, Netlify, Cal.com and Google may process data in the USA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Retention
Order data — for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the tax year). Correspondence — up to 2 years from the last contact. Server logs — per Netlify's retention period, no longer than 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO).
7. Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The cart stores your selected items in your browser's local storage — only so that the cart works. Cal.com and Stripe may use their own strictly necessary cookies.

The current version is always available on this page.
