Voice-over in Polish: ads, narration, e-learning, audiobooks

I record Polish voice-over in my own studio in Warsaw. I also shoot photos and films and record my own music, so I know how a voice should sit under picture and in the mix. Listen to the demo and send your script for a quote.

What I record

  • Commercials. Radio, online and TV spots, trailers, social media.
  • Narration. Corporate and documentary films, presentations, event content.
  • E-learning. Courses, training and explainers: calm, clear and evenly paced.
  • Audiobooks. Fiction and non-fiction, with character work where the text calls for it.

How I work

  1. Script. Send the script or its length, your deadline and where the recording will run.
  2. Quote. You get the fee together with the licence — before anything is recorded.
  3. Recording. Recorded in my studio, following your brief.
  4. Files. WAV and MP3 ready for editing, with revisions based on your notes.

Studio

  • Rode NT condenser microphone and Universal Audio Volt 2 interface.
  • WAV 48 kHz / 24-bit (mono) and MP3 320 kbps, cleaned and levelled.
  • File names and splits that follow your script.

Questions

How much does a voice-over cost?

It depends on the length of the script and on where and for how long the recording will run: online, radio, TV, cinema or in-store, in which territory and for how many months. I quote after reading the script, before recording, with no obligation.

What do you need for a quote?

The script (or its character or minute count), media, duration and territory of use, your deadline and — if the voice goes under picture — the film or a rough cut.

How does the licence work?

The quote states where, for how long and in which territory you may use the recording. If the campaign runs longer, you only pay for the extended licence, with no re-recording.

What file formats do I get?

WAV 48 kHz / 24-bit and MP3 320 kbps: clean voice, no noise or breaths at the start of lines, ready for editing — split by script if needed.

Do you record in English?

My demos are in Polish, which is my native language. For English or bilingual projects, send the script and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right voice.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, VAT invoices from a Polish registered business.
